This custom design allowed the contractor to increase penetration rates considerably and virtually eliminated bit changes on each bore. The LITH (Leave In The Hole) contractor we developed this design with was using up to 3 tricone bits per hole and was able to bore every hole with just 1 Drillhead LITH PDC, saving valuable time and money.
