Drilling Mud Tank
Mud tanks, also known as mixing tanks and slurry tanks in the solid-control equipment industry. - The tank body is made of 6mm thick steel plate and 100×100mm square tube steel. The side plate of the tank is pressed into corrugated structure; the base is made of 8mm thick steel plate and 250mm I-beam and 10# channel steel. - The anti-slip steel plate and the anti-slip steel grating produced by the professional factory are used for the tank surface and the walkway. Each compartment of the tank is provided with a manhole and a wall ladder. The four corners of the tank base are provided with suspension safety lifting positions, and the tank body is strictly guaranteed to be lifted. The process is safe and reliable; the tank has two 12-inch mud pump suction ports, which are respectively sucked into the mud of the mud removal bin and the mixing bin, and sealed with a mask.
