Rapid-Veyor - Model DID-A -Drop In Drive-A (DID) System
Our Drop-In Drive-A takes portable conveyor belts to a whole other level! This drive model is positioned vertically “above” the belt, which helps run the belt on the ground, benches, or any other flat surface. Simply plug the DID-A into a 120 VAC outlet or generator and connect it to any Non-Motor section to power it. The standard width is 12” with an 18” option available.
Introducing Drop-In Drive-A, our above-belt system that adds power to any Non-Motor section of a conveyor system. The DID has a rated capacity of approximately 50’. You can add the DID in line with longer runs or set up a short conveyor and use a couple of Non-Motor conveyors on a bench or stands. It doesn’t get easier than that!
Check out some of the ways you can utilize a Drop-In Drive-A with your Portable Modular Conveyor system from Rapid-Veyor:
- Attach the DID on the end of your PMC and convey products to the front of a trailer. As the trailer begins to fill, remove one section after another, working your way out of the trailer.
- Run Drop-In Drive-A off a smaller generator – the Honda EU2000i or similar is an excellent option. Some of our customers run this setup in their mum fields.
