You can move a drum on and off pallets and even stand alone in horizontal position to dispense. It`s U-Shaped handle is more narrow than a 55 gallon drum. When you`re done using the truck, it stands upright for storage. Spark Resistant parts are intended to reduce the possibility of mechanical sparks as a possible source of ignition. They are not a substitue for grounding and bonding for preventing static electircity discharges.
