CEJN - Model Smartflow -Dry Break Couplings
The Smartflow dry break couplings are aimed to aid safe, efficient and environmentally friendly transfer of fluids in safety critical, aggressive environments. Spill-Free connections and disconnections with minimal parts and no additional valves required, can save both time and money.

Smartflow specialist couplings meet the challenges and solve problems for many industries worldwide: Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Food & Beverage, Road & Rail, Marine and Aviation. Common application examples include Adblue distribution, road and rail tankers, offshore applications, marine bunkering and IBC filling. These couplings are used anywhere where spillages need to be minimised or fluid transfer efficiency maximised.
All Smartflow Couplings regardless of size or material are rated to 25 Bar Working Pressure with the required 5x Safety Factor. This is unique to the industry and allows customers to select a Smartflow aluminium unit to replace a competitor stainless steel version if the application requires higher pressure but would prefer the lighter, lower-cost option.
Following TEAM SPEC and STANAG 3756 standards, the Smartflow dry break couplings are interchangeable with other manufacturers in the industry.
Additionally, Smartflow couplings come with different o-ring options, including FDA-approved o-rings, to meet the stringent safety and hygiene standards required for use within food and beverage production.
