This Stainless-Steel Dual Mass Dynamic Cone Penetrometer Kit measures the shear strength of soil with a CBR value between 0.5-100. It is manufactured in the USA by Salem Tool Company. This tool is a real workhorse that is built to last. It comes with a 37.75"drive rod for a test depth of 36". It also comes with 25 disposable cone tips and disposable cone tip adaptor for easy extraction with much less user fatigue while preforming the test in hard soils.
