Hiwa - Model CQ0001 -Ductile Iron Flanged Cast Iron Ball Valve

Two-piece cast iron body; full bore design. Floating seat, spherical seat, floating ball, and adaptive sealing. And it has a fireproof design and can be used for fire protection pipes. The valve seat adopts symmetrical design. Switching, installation, sealing and pressure are all non-directional.  The valve stem adopts wear-resistant bushing design to ensure low torque and long life. The self-tightening upper seal design ensures  that the valve stem does not leak under high pressure. The upper flange complies with ISO5211 standard. The ball is solution treated or hard chrome plated to ensure reliable material stability and surface wear resistance, improving sealing performance and product life. The handle adopts positioning lock design, which is easy to install.
