About Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Pipes-
Duplex Steel UNS S31803 Pipes offer higher corrosion resistance. These pipes are designed for elevated strength and readily fabricable. These pipes have good anti-oxidation properties in the saline water. These pipes have great stress corrosion cracking resistance and local corrosion resistance in reducing and oxidizing environments. It has balanced alloying chemistry which offers improved corrosion resistance and workability. Importantly, these pipes not recommended to be used in the applications above 300 deg C temperature. Duplex Steel UNS S31803 grade is well known for its elevated fatigue strength. In this reverse bending stress arrived at the room temperatures. The fatigue limit is same as yield strength. For example the fatigue strength is closed with the corrosion rates; because of this fatigue strength is lowered. Due to this reason, these pipes are a good option over traditional grades. These pipes offer elevated strength at the moderate temperatures in the lower temperature ranges. In this stress relieving operation is performed in the temp between 525- 600 deg C. because of this process the resistance in the severe environments increased.

Also, we supply these in the form of bundles with the additional support of end caps. It is individually wrapped in a film of plastic that adds protection from contamination.
