ITK Envifront - Model SAL (A,S,T) -Dust Bin Connecting Devices
Dust bin connecting devices SALA, SALT and SALS are three models with robust and tight lids between a dust collector\`s outfeed flange and the dust bin SALZ-01. The connection device is provided with a strong lifting device which allows the handling of container and dust with a total weight of 120 kg. The dampener is adapted to standard drums with a diameter of 560 mm. The device can be adapted to many connection diameters. The device is suitable for use for high demands on dust tightness and is free from dust leakage into the atmosphere.

Through effective sealing and sealing strength, a secure sealing is achieved without any leakage. In this way e.g. a decrease in collection in the cyclone or an increase of filter resistance of the textile filter is prevented.
A lever for the lifting of the container is stored in the stable housing so that vertical lifting of the dust bin is allowed. A u-formed stirrup steers the dust bin into the correct position so that the container is centred correctly to the connection device´s gasket. In this way the sealing is secure time after time during exchange of the dust bin. The strong lifting device ensures the sealing pressure so that leakage of both dust and air is prevented. Through choice of gasket, the device can be adapted to dust temperatures of up to 250 C.
