Filtering materials for dust-gas cleaning
In the raw material of filter fabrics, textile fibers are used according to their physicochemical properties:

• Polyester (PE)
• Polyacrylonitrile (AC)
• Polyacrylonitrile – homopolymer (PAN)
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyamide (RA)
• m-aramid (NX, NO)
• polyphenylsulphide (PPS)
• Polyimide (PI)
• polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
• E – glass

Special processing of filter materials:
Polishing (for filtration of fine, abrasive dust);

• Antistatic (using fibers of stainless steel or carbon fiber), preventing the adhesion of dust;
• Microporous surface coating (reducing dust adherence and improving filtration efficiency);
• Explosive

Saturation of filter materials:

• Water – oil repellent;
• Wear-resistant;
• Anti-abrasive;
• Acid-resistant;
• Alkali-resisting
• PTFE – chemical resistance

The used filter materials provide:

• cleaning efficiency up to 99.99%;
• the ability to capture fine dust with a size of 0.3 μm;
• High temperature resistance up to 300 ° С;
• special heat-resistant fabric for backwashing with a use temperature of up to 700 ° C;
• high wear resistance due to saturation, carcass.

In the raw material of filter cloths, the following fabrics are used (depending on filtration conditions):

• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyamide (PA)
• Polyester (PE)
• E-glass
• Cotton (CB)
