The DFY series pumps are long-shaft, single-stage, single-suction submerged centrifugal pumps designed for pumping corrosive mediums, especially those containing solid particles and wearable materials. They feature high efficiency and power-saving operations. The pumps can handle medium temperatures ranging from 0°C to 105°C, with special closed covers and guide bearings for varying temperature conditions. For media with minimal solid particles, an outer-lubricated sliding bearing is suggested. These pumps bear an operating pressure of 1.6 MPa and have a performance capacity range of 1.6 to 2600 m³/h, with a head of 5 to 132 meters. Users can choose materials such as cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel variants, and specialty alloys depending on the medium’s requirements, making them highly adaptable for acid and abrasion resistance applications.

DFY series corrosive vertical submerged pumps are single-stage, single suction, long-shaft submerged centrifugal pumps. lt has high efficiency, power saving, operating liability. lt can pump corrosive medium which has solid particles and wearable materials.
The medium temperature varies from 0 °C to 105 °C. Heat preservation closed cover and low temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of medium is from -20 °C to 0 °C, cooling closed coverand high-temperature wearable guide bearing are used when the temperature of medium is from 105 °C to 180 °C. This condition must be stated when ordering.
lf medium has little solid particle, sliding bearing should be outer-lubricated bearing, which shall be stated clearly when ordering, (water and other allowed medium whose outer pressure is ovar 0.2 MPa.).
Operating pressure is designed at 1.6MPa.

The materials contacting with liquid can be selected as cast iron (H),cast steel,1Cr18Ni9Ti(B), 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti(M), 304. 304L, 306, 306L, 904, Lewmet Alloy, 20# Alloy according to different medium.
