The collector ring and terminal post adopt special connection process, and the maximum DC resistance of each phase is less than 100 μ Ω to ensure stable current transmission of each phase.
EXCELLENT DYNAMIC BALANCE
The same mandrel is used for the processing, dynamic balance and overspeed of the slip ring to ensure that the cylindricity and runout of the slip ring are controlled within 0.02mm after the motor is assembled.
