The ECS Aerated Turned Pile (ATP) system combines the excellent aeration and control of our  ASP systems and the added benefit of mechanically turning the piles resulting in rapid and optimal bio-stabilization rates and a greater yield of fine particle sizes at the product screens.

The ECS ATP’s can be configured per client preferences for either straddle or block compost turning machines, and with either positive or reversing aeration. Block turners move batches through a series of aeration and control zones. The ECS CompTroller™ (aeration control and monitoring system) seamlessly tracks and controls the batches as they move through the facility.
