EFS HydraKleen - Automatic Liquid-Solid Separator
HydraKleen Liquid-Solid Separator was developed by EFS to dramatically reduce consumption rates of process liquids and chemical additives on virtually any process tank or process line.
This high capacity, patented separator principally relies on gravity, along with several rugged stainless steel filter elements, greatly improving product quality at a much lower cost. HydraKleen’s automatic screen rinse function keeps the filter elements clean during operation. This fully packaged unit consists of non-disposable stainless steel filter elements, pump, controller, valves and fittings, all on a mobile stand with very small footprint. HydraKleen® is optionally equipped with integral magnets, oil/water separator, and bactericidal equipment -- it may be used for reclaiming liquids and/or solids. HydraKleen® may be used as a filter or separator and is easily arranged in either configuration.
The unit comes fully assembled and is installed in less than a day. With HydraKleen®, your product quality is greatly improved at a much lower cost.
