The closed-cell silicone sponge rubber materials we utilize boast an extensive compression deflection rating, spanning from ASTM D 1056 2D1 soft density to ASTM D 1056 2D5 extra firm density, all while maintaining a temperature rating of -85°F to 492°F for continuous use.

Silicone rubberextrusions, which are lengths of closed-cell silicone rubber that can be extruded into various shapes, offer versatile applications across industries. These include thermal insulation, vibration damping, sealing flexibility, insulation, noise reduction, and thermal shielding.
