Beka - Model AFG-M -Electric Driven Central Lubrication Pump
The robust and durable AFG-M is an electric driven central lubrication pump. It is the central element of a multi-line central oil lubrication system. Different oil container sizes can be individually attached near the pump.
The drive of the device is integrated with a 12 / 24 V DC or 200 / 400 V AC Motor. It moves a cam disk into a rotation. This carries out the strokes of the delivery pistons.
Pump output
The pump can be configured from 1 to 12 outlets with different hose connection types. The suction connection is connected to the oil reservoir via a hose.
The delivery volume per outlet is 0.06 cm³ per stroke and piston. It can be throttled individually to over 50% for each piston.

Equipment
The following accessories are available:
- Y-connector for connecting two outlets to double the amount of lubrication.
- Counter balance valves, that lubrication lines from lower lubrication points do not run empty.
- The pump can be delivered completely pre-assembled according to customer specifications with predefined lines and line lengths (plug and play).
- Brushes and felts for chains.
