The Rigel 288+ Electrical Safety Analyzer is engineered to provide a comprehensive solution for verifying compliance with both international and local safety standards such as IEC/EN 62353, AAMI/IEC/EN 60601-1, IEC 61010, NFPA-99, and AS/NZ 3551. Its compact and lightweight design, coupled with battery-powered operations, enables mobility and convenience, ensuring that tests can be performed without the necessity of mains voltage. Users can execute insulation, earth/ground bond testing, and touch or point-to-point leakage current testing with accuracy. Additional capabilities include 50V and 100V DC insulation tests for low voltage equipment and high current, low energy earth bond testing. The device operates on standard AA batteries, allowing extensive testing without frequent battery changes. It is also equipped with pre-programmed test sequences and limits for IEC 60601 class 1 standards, facilitating ease of use and compliance. The Rigel 288+ has a provision for extensive data storage, supporting up to 5,000 asset records and 50 test sequences.
