Electro Magtech - Electro Magnetic Lifter for Industrial Use
The Bar Electro Magnetic Lifter is engineered with a fabricated structure or cast body, emphasizing its compact and lightweight design for heavy-duty operations. Its coil, composed of aluminum, copper, or anodized aluminum conductors, is insulated with H or C class materials, ensuring efficiency in high-temperature handling of materials up to 600°C. The lifter is sealed with thermal conductive compounds for enhanced durability and features a protected terminal box. Designed for a 220 Volts DC operation, it also offers optional battery backup. The lifters can be custom-fitted with poles for specific profile requirements, and spreader beams compatible with billets, plates, and re-bars up to 24 meters can be provided. Ideal for use in production and stock yards, the lifter facilitates the loading and unloading of various steel products and is adept at handling slabs, blooms, ingots, and large coils, with tandem use from a spreader beam if needed.
