Treat Ment - Electrolytic Cells Unit
The unique process of the IONTECH differs from conventional techniques of combating limescale. Thanks to this new process developed by TREATMENT CFS, the tendency of the water to deposit limescale is reduced. The IONTECH releases tiny seed crystals, to which the excess limescale adheres,the limescale therefore remains`in suspension` and does not settle. Pipes and surfaces remain permanently free of limescale deposits, prolonging the life of equipment.
How IONTECH works:
The system contains an expanded titanium reactor coated with precious metal oxide (the anode) and a unique patent spinning
cathode As soon as water flows, a pulsating voltage is applied from the power pack proportional to flow to these two electrodes, causing an electrical current to flow between them,this causes the limescale in the water to be precipitated out:
tiny, natural seed crystals form on the cathode area around the spinning cathode,through the simultaneous rotation of the strippers the crystals deposited on the round cathode are dislodged again - a safe mechanical process.
The smaller seed crystals are carried away by the water flow, while larger crystals are deposited on the reactor bottom, where they can be flushed out periodically.
If the water contains more limescale than that corresponding to the natural balance, the control unit recalculate the new working parameter and updates the system software, this frequently updates reduces the tendency of the excess limescale particles to be deposited in pipes and system.
The unique mathematic module predicts exactly the limescale potential of the treated water, cleaning sequences, reactor size current, water flow electrode distance, maintenes etc
