Gauge Features

• Measures liquid levels up to a maximum of 35 feet (10.66 meters) in height
• Mechanical gauge head provides the ability to read tanks at a glance
• Each gauge is numbered for visible tank identification
• Tank gauges can be located up to 1000 ft. from the console

System Features

• Each 1018 console will monitor the liquid level in up to 4 aboveground storage tanks
• Consoles can be networked to monitor up to 32 tanks per site
• Easy-to-use software is capable of monitoring a network of 8 consoles and 32 tanks per site
• A 90 decibel alarm can be programmed to sound at a desired high level point. A low set point can be programmed to provide a low level indication
• The console displays the liquid level in horizontal, rectangular or vertical tanks up to 35 feet in height
• System configurations can be set from console or PC and can be locked out at console to prevent tampering
• Liquid level readings are accurate to 0.1″
• A one-inch backlit LCD display allows for easy viewing from a distance. Arrows on the display indicate the tank being read and its current status in feet-inches, inches, gallons, or a metric readout
• Tank levels are automatically logged during filling process
• Console is configurable to automatically log liquid levels up to three specific times per day
• The console maintains memory of the last 100 events per tank and will maintain an indefinite log of tank activity and may be archived
• Integrated battery back-up automatically saves the memory log should there be a loss of power

• Unlimited sites can be monitored from one PC. PC can be hard-wired to the console up to 4,000 ft away
• Temperature range: -22° to 140°F or -30° to 60°C
• Includes Windows 7 and XP compatible software for PC communication to console
• Optional 9600 baud Remote Communications Adaptor (RCA) is available which allows for remote site monitoring with a PC and phone line connection

• In normal mode, console cycles through tanks and indicates product levels in each tank. During a fill, console provides real-time readout on active tank with ullage display prior to fill.
• Fill log database records the following:
  • Date and time at start of fill
  • Initial level of tank
  • Date and time at completion of fill
  • Ending level of tank
  • Indication if alarm was activated
• Tanks will be logged during filling and may be set to log up to three additional times per day.
• The console maintains memory of the last 100 events per tank. PC log will maintain indefinite log of tank activity and may be archived.
• Automatic memory save feature if power is lost or cut off.
