The Bird Gard Pro is designed for smaller applications with coverage up to 1 acre. It features a built-in amplifier and speaker and mounts easily to a post or fence using the included mounting bracket. The unit comes pre-recorded in many different configurations. Four of the most common configurations are: agricultural, marine, crow/raven or woodpecker.

The unit needs to face the area that is affected, and should be mounted on a wooden post or metal pole at a height of 4–6″ above ground level. For an agricultural setting, the unit should be placed 2–0.9″ above the level of the crop. With crops that grow fairly high some speakers may need to be lowered so that sound is also protecting the area under the tree canopy.
The Bird Gard Pro offers complete, small-range coverage around any area you are trying to protect from birds. Projecting 8 different bird sounds and ranging in frequency from 2,000–10,000 Hz, this unit effectively protects gardens, yards, pools, storefronts, and boats from common nuisance birds. The Bird Gard Pro is a single speaker unit, but an extension speaker can be added to better project bird distress calls around buildings or other obstacles. The sound card for this unit is built-in, permanently cycling randomly through 8 bird sounds.
The Bird Gard Pro can function in the day, night, or 24-hours a day; light sensors in the unit can dictate if the Bird Gard Pro device turns on or off during the day or night. Encased in a durable, weather-resistant box, the Bird Gard Pro unit mounts easily on a post or fence for easy installation, and can be used throughout the year when nuisance birds are present.
