JHH - Electroplating Nickel Wastewater ( Nickel Recovery) Treatment Equipment
The main design of this system equipment is JHH-RO integrated machine, in which the designed activated carbon and precision filter membrane are used as RO pretreatment. The RO membrane reduces the colloidal fouling load. The RO host system is mainly used to concentrate nickel ions in wastewater and desalinate permeate. The rejection rate of the membrane to reuse nickel (palladium) ions in wastewater is over 98%. In the design, we use the advantages of RO membrane to separate water and nickel ions. After the wastewater passes through the RO membrane, the permeate is collected into the pure water collection barrel for production and reuse of pure water. The concentrated water that does not meet the standard will be recycled. Go to the concentration box for further circulation and concentration, so that in the process of concentration, it can effectively and quickly reach a larger concentration factor until it reaches the concentration for reuse.
The first stage: the rinsing waste liquid is collected and primary treated, and the particulate matter and substances affecting reuse in the rinsing waste water are primary removed.
The second stage: the rinsing waste liquid after primary treatment is introduced into the rinsing waste water separation and purification device, and the pure water and valuable substances in the rinsing waste water are subjected to secondary separation, and the separated pure water is returned to the rinsing tank for reuse, containing valuable The concentrated water of the substance is led to the next stage.
The third stage: a specially designed control concentration device, which performs controlled concentration according to the concentration and composition of the bath solution in the electroplating tank.
The fourth stage: analyze the composition of the concentrated solution, adjust it, and add the adjusted concentrated solution into the electroplating tank. The goal of zero discharge of electroplating wastewater has been achieved.
