Element Biosciences - Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit
The Element AVITI24 System is a benchtop sequencer designed to deliver high performance, cost efficiency, and flexibility in sequencing applications. It supports a variety of sequencing kits and workflows such as Cloudbreak for sequencing kits, Adept for adapting existing libraries, Elevate for preparing libraries by swapping adapters, and LoopSeq for long-read system sequencing. ElemBio Cloud platform allows for run monitoring, data visualization, and account management. The Adept Workflow makes third-party prepared libraries compatible with the AVITI System without changing upstream library preparation or analysis. Custom splint oligos in the system offer applications from exomes to whole-genome sequencing. The Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 ensures library compatibility for diverse experimental parameters with familiar reagents and procedures, requiring as little as 40 minutes for completion.
Element Adept™ Library Compatibility Workflow
The Adept Workflow makes libraries prepared with third-party kits compatible with the Element AVITI™ System without changes to upstream library prep or analysis. Simply augment your existing sequencing workflow with AVITI to capitalize on cost, flexibility, and quality for any project.
Custom splint oligos kitted with circularization or amplification reagents unlock a diversity of applications, from exomes to whole-genome sequencing (WGS). Multiple kit and protocol options ensure library compatibility and choice of key experiment parameters.
The Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 (Catalog #830-00007) offers benchtop circularization of libraries prior to sequencing. We have verified compatibility of this kit with many 3rd party sequencing assays. For complete circularization, all assays require full-length libraires without 5’ or 3’ additions, truncations, or modifications. The Element Adept Library Compatibility Kit v1.1 and Adept Rapid PCR-Plus supply familiar reagents and procedures that are complete in as little as 40 minutes. Depending on protocol, you can manually circularize libraries on-bench or amplify the libraries for automatic circularization onboard the instrument as part of the run.
