The Element Elevate Library Prep Workflow offers native library prep solutions for a wide range of applications, from whole-genome sequencing (WGS) and other DNA sequencing applications to RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq). Built on a foundation of efficient recovery and consistent results, the Elevate Workflow accommodates variable sample types and input amounts, including low input and low quality. Efficient, user-friendly protocols with onboard circularization minimize touchpoints and accelerate library prep time.

The Elevate Workflow features a modular kit design for greater flexibility. Mix and match library prep, enrichment, and index kits to configure your ideal end-to-end prep. Workflow choices include:

  • DNA library prep with or without PCR
  • Mechanical or enzymatic fragmentation of DNA samples
  • Messenger RNA (mRNA) capture or ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depletion for enrichment of RNA samples
  • Multiplexing of up to 96 samples with 96 unique dual indexes (UDIs) for accurate read assignment
  • Input optimizations for RNA integrity numbers (RINs) both above and below 7
