The Eleveyor is an incline belt conveyor designed for efficient and hygienic product elevation within food processing lines. It facilitates seamless product transition to subsequent stages such as mixing, blending, scaling, and packaging with minimal waste. The conveyor offers flexible configurations, including horizontal, incline, and Z-shape, with adjustable side guides to accommodate various product sizes and shapes. The positive drive system ensures safe, consistent operation and the self-tracking belt minimizes product loss. Designed for ease of maintenance, it features an open-frame structure and pivoting side guides for tool-less washdowns. Constructed with .25” stainless steel, it supports quick release or threaded take-ups and operates with a maximum speed of 150 FPM. The conveyor can be customized for specific applications with options such as different dimensions and electrical settings to fit diverse needs in food processing sectors such as bakery, candy, dairy, and frozen foods.The Eleveyor connects the key processes on your food processing line, elevating product to equipment like mix/blend systems, scales and packaging, or a mezzanine, in a minimal footprint.
