En 14399-4 Hv Bolts
En 14399-4 Bolt is made up of medium carbon alloy steel, medium carbon steel or low carbon steel materials. Viha Steel & Forging is a leading manufacturer and supplier of the different types such as the En 14399-4 Hv Bolts which are heavy bolts. These are used in preload assemblies, so the strength and corrosion resistance of all the bolts in the assembly have to be compatible. The En 14399-4 Hex Bolt is mostly made up of a property class 10.9 steel material. These bolts exhibit good wear resistance as well. The Din En 14399 4 Bolt has some of the very high strength values. The minimum yield strength of the bolts is around 940MPa and the minimum tensile strength is around 1040MPa. The Din 6914 En 14399-4 Bolts are of high tensile strength so that they can handle much greater loads compared to the other bolt types.
They can come in passivated or plain surface treatment types with finishing such as hot dip galvanized, phosphorizatoin, zinc plated and so on.
The En 14399 4 Hex Structural Bolt can range in size from M2 to M100. Also the diameter of the bolts can range from M3 to M60 with the lengths varying from 6mm to 500. Our Hv-Bolt En 14399-4 Price List is very competitive to the market. We provide the bolts in square, hex, oval, triangular and knurled neck types as well. Please feel free to contact us for more information on the HV 14399-4 Bolts & Nuts and the pricing.

- The tolerance class specified applies before hot-dip galvanising. Hot-dip galvanised bolts are intended for assembly with oversize tapped nuts.
- The location of chappy V-notch test pieces in the bolt shall be specified in EN ISO 898-1.
- Attention is drawn to the need to consider the risk of hydrogen embrittlement in the case of bolts of property class 10.9, when selecting an appropriate surface treatment process (e.g. cleaning and coating), see the relevant coating standards.
- “As processed” means the normal finish resulting from manufacture with a light coating of oil.
- Other coatings may be negotiated between the purchaser and the manufacturer provided they do not impair the mechanical properties or the functional characteristics. Coatings of cadmium or cadmium alloy are not permitted.
