Providing for the safety and occupational health of our people and managing the environmental hazards associated with the work we do is fundamental at Enerflex. High performance in these areas are driven by the Company’s core values and is a strategic imperative that reflects our responsibilities to our people, shareholders, the Board of Directors, customers, the general public and governmental authorities.

Organized under Enerflex’s health, safety and environmental (“HSE”) management program, this program and the numerous accompanying initiatives cover the Company’s manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, and Australia, plus it’s dozens of field locations and facilities in the after-market services, remanufacturing and parts distribution businesses.

Critical to the Company’s success in these areas is the regional presence of local HSE teams, as well as the on-going engagement of senior management. Together they provide strategic HSE direction, guidance for regional management, regional program performance reviews and the approval of these initiatives. The Enerflex Executive Management Team actively participates in the HSE programs by providing direction and reviewing the performance of the HSE management systems. Management also constantly reviews all recordable injuries, near misses, leading and lagging indicators and discusses continual improvements for the HSE programs.
