Enviroflex - ESE Welding Smoke Extractors
The Enviroflex Smoke Extractors are a lightweight, suitcase sized air cleaner that are very easy to carry. The contaminant is trapped at the source, thus maximizing the protection to the operator by removing contaminant before it enters the operators breathing area. The unit recycles clean air back into the building thus eliminating additional heating or cooling costs. The unit has been designed to accommodate an optional charcoal filter to eliminate various gases after the particulate has been collected.
The various models are ideal for maintenance and repair welding or they can utilized with a MIG smoke exhaust gun. The MIG smoke exhaust guns are light, easy to manoeuvre and do not remove the shielding gas. The various units can also be used for the collection of various hazardous airborne particulates such as asbestos, stainless steel, silica, carbon dust, fibreglass, galvanized steel, lead oxides etc...
THE UNITS
- The units are available with (1) or (2) motors and the cabinet is manufactured out of 18 gauge satin coat.
- The unit is powder coated and the logo and product name are silk-screened onto the sides of each unit.
- The units are also available in 304 stainless for a corrosive environment (EG salt mine or salt water atmosphere). The stainless unit is ideal for the rental trade.
HOSE
- I5ft. length is the standard length (Part Number EH 175-15)
- 25ft. length (Part Number EHI 75-25)
- 50ft. length (Part Number EH175-50)
NOZZLES
- 3" wide nozzle with base and magnet (Part Number EN3)
- 3" wide nozzle with base, magnet and 1ft. of Metal Flex Duct (Part Number ENT3)
- 8" wide nozzle with base, magnet and 1ft. of Metal Flex Duct (Part Number ENT8)
CARBON FILTER
- This is used for odours, gases, ozone etc..
- The 2 cassettes (Part Number ECF100A) fit inside the machine between the large filter and the intake motors.
"Y" CONNECTOR
- The "Y" Connector is used to run (2) stations from a single unit (Part Number is EY1).
Please note to keep both lengths of hose the same. Otherwise the shorter length will draw more air than the longer length.
MOTORS
220 volt 50/60HZ motors are available.
