Integro PipeTech - Environmentally Friendly Pipe-on-Pipe Lubricant for HDD
PipeTech offers an environmentally friendly lubricant additive engineered specifically for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), coiled tubing, and wireline operations, particularly in sensitive environmental zones. This lubricant is designed to minimize torque and drag by reducing the friction between metal-to-metal or metal-to-rock surfaces, thanks to its superior coating properties. The lubricant enhances drilling efficiency, facilitates tripping, and prolongs the service life of HDD components. It is ideal for scenarios where frictional resistance is a concern and can be utilized where petroleum-based products or harsh chemicals are restricted. The recommended mixing ratio is between 1.0 to 5.0 gallons per thousand, depending on the requirements, or in sweeps for immediate lubrication. The black liquid lubricant possesses a sweet odor and remains stable up to 375°F, functioning well with both fresh and brine clear fluids.

Most applications of PipeTech occur when problems due to frictional resistance of contact surfaces are anticipated in HDD, coiled tubing, or wireline operations. Can be used in environmentally sensitive areas that prohibit the use of petroleum products or other harsh chemicals. PipeTech should be mixed using metered additions into the fluid system at the rate of 1.0 – 5.0 gallons per thousand or as needed or in sweeps for immediate lubrication
