GREENMAX EPS Recycling System, developed by INTCO Recycling, is a large-scale solution designed specifically for EPS bead recycling. The process begins by breaking waste EPS into beads, which are the core “monomers” of expanded polystyrene. The system then separates reusable EPS beads from non-reusable ones, ensuring material quality and efficiency. Finally, the recycled beads are blended with virgin EPS beads to manufacture new EPS products.
