EPSI's Warm Isostatic Presses (WIP) combine high pressure and temperature methods, achieving a maximum of 275°C (527°F). Depending on specific application needs, water or oil are utilized as pressurization fluids. EPSI specializes in custom-built WIPs ranging from small laboratory presses to larger units with a warm zone diameter of up to 2 meters (6 feet) or more, and capable of withstanding pressures up to 600 MPa (87,000 psi). Special vessel designs, such as inner pre-stressed liners, filtration solutions, and various heating options, are also available.
