ERGA GS gyratory screen provides simultaneous screening of material into up to 5 fractions with classification efficiency up to 99%.
Productive design
ERGA GS screen is a sealed, dustproof housing with replaceable mesh screens inside (up to 4 pcs). The whole screening area is used during screening, which ensures high capacity of the equipment.
Classification efficiency up to 99%
Individual screening mode is selected depending on material and requirements to the end product. Optimal adjustment of the screen inclination angle, amplitude of the throw and oscillation frequency help to achieve up to 99% classification efficiency of the feed material.
24/7 operation with minimum maintenance
ERGA GS gyratory screen is easy-to -maintain and works without complex gears, lubrication or close attention from the operators. Screen panels are cleaned in automatic mode, which eliminates clogging and guarantees high-quality sizing of raw materials with high capacity and without downtime for maintenance. If it is necessary to replace the mesh screen, it is enough to unlock the eccentric clamps and remove the mesh screen.
