Tomra Titech Autosort Flake 3 in 1. The latest model of the Autosort flake has a larger capacity (up to 3ton/h) and is capable to detect and eject impurities like PVC,PP,HDPE as well as wrong colors in the pet flakes to ensure a consistent premium quality. It has also metal seperation sensor. This flake sorter can polymer seperation,color separation and metal seperation together and the first machine in Turkey.

The baled PET bottles which is coming to our factory are subject to prewash and label peeling after bale opening. Subsequently, the color is separated by passing through the optical separator. Then it is dried after breaking-rinsing and rinsing processes and it is filled with big bags through color, polymer and metal separator which is the last stage.
For the use of the recycled PET flakes following applications are available:
- Food packaging, including beverage bottles
- Packaging for cosmetic products or detergents (PET know a high chemical resistance)
- Packaging industry in general (eg, films, containers, strapping)
- Clothing industry (here under the name "polyester" known)
- Auto industry for example, airbags, seat belts, insulation mats, air filter
