ESSEGI - Model F1000 ECO -Flat foil machines
The model F1UUU FCO/F is a packaging machine that is an upshot of experience and ongoings research made for upgrading our products. This packaging machine has been projected to fulfill the needs of even the most demanding customers while maintaining the simple construction and ease of use that has always been a part of the Essegi product line. The F1000 FCO has been designed to work with several different types of film and with different batching and weighing systems. This sort of versatility allows the customers to work with many different kinds of products: salt, detergent, pet food, granules, seeds etc. The version F1000 FCO is extremely suitable for packing wood pellet. The welding system is temperature controlled and saves teflon and seal band and furthermore it gives a superior precision and safe result when controlling the use of heat. Pneumatic bag vibrator is used to settle the product and for better filling when required.
Belt Weighing System:
It is composed by a 100 liters painted steel loading hopper and a conveying belt to take product into the weigher. Cross and fine feed is controlled by a pnenmatical gate. The 40 liters vveighpan in painted steel is mounted on 2 load cells, which transmit the signal to an electronic unit to handle the different weighing cycles. It is complete with digital display and keyboard and it is suitable for regulation of the afterflow, gross flow, automatic zero-setting and of the emptying time. The bagging machine is equiped with drive belts. These are pressed against the forming tribe by means of 2 pneumatic cylinders. This system assures an even pressure from both sides and an excellent traction of the film. The belts are driven by a servo-drive which gives a soft, but fast and precise movement.
