Essentials - Double-Acting Multipurpose Light Liquid Sampler
The Welker Essentials™ Light Liquid Sampler is double-acting positive displacement pump designed to take quality samples of low volume (100–4000 bbl/d) natural gas liquid streams proportional to flow. Connect a 4-way solenoid, pneumatic supply, controller signal, and constant pressure cylinder with internal mixer to this bypass sample pump and you’ve got a complete liquid sampling system ideal for accurate composition analysis, quality control, or custody transfer.

Eliminate Lag Time
Mounted on a Welker Pitot Probe, the Essentials™ Light Liquid Sampler can be installed directly to the pipeline without long tubing runs to impact the timeliness and representativeness of samples. The close proximity to the process and product circulation loop created by the Pitot Probe ensure fresh product is continually presented to the sample pump.
Without Interruption
Easy Maintenance
There’s no need to depressurize your pipeline and remove the Essentials™ Light Liquid Sampler for standard maintenance. Simply closing the valves on the Pitot Probe isolates the sample pump from process pressure, enabling you to safely remove the sample pump.
