Etatron - Model AD Series -Motor-Driven Chemical Dosing Pump
Flow rates up to 123 L/H, Pressure up to 14 Bar, Single or Three Phase, Pump Head available in PP, PVC, AISI or PVDF, Available with ATEX rated motor. The AD Series is a compact diaphragm pump, intended for multipurpose dosing applications. The AD Series accepts 230-400 V input at 50 Hz and single phase motors at either 230 V or 110 V. The AD Series of motor driven chemical dosing pumps maximises economy and practicality with its extensive build options allowing for great customisability and efficient multi-use design.

Optional ATEX compatibility
ATEX rated motores are three phase only, ATEX rated for Zones 1 (Gas) and 21 (Dust).
All pumps within the AD Series have manual stroke length adjustment as standard. Optional automatic stroke length adjustment accepts a 4-20 mA signal (10 mm stroke length models only). For a 4-20 mA signal the pump accepts either inverter or automatic stroke length control. Automatic stroke length control is confined to a 5.6-12 mA signal and the tolerance is ±5%. Please note that this requires a separate 24 V AC power supply and is available for 10 mm stroke length models only.
All motor pumps in this series are encased in grey anodized aluminium, finished with an epoxy anti acid paint and can be built with an ATEX Zone 2 rated motor.
