Eurofill - Model Lamella 27 -Modular Lamellar Pack
The modular lamellar pack LAMELLA 27 is achieved through the assembling of high quality PVC plates, which are shaped by thermoforming. It is indicated to increase the specific surface area of clarifiers and flocculators. The ducts shape (smooth and irregular hexagons) facilitates the flow of liquids and subsequently increases the system performance. Furthermore, the plastic material, used to produce our lamellar packs, prevents the formation of sediments that could clog the ducts.
The separation and sedimentation process of the suspended solid particles that are suspended is accelerated by the increase in the specific area, compared to non-lamellar clarifiers, and by the inclination degree of the ducts (60°).
The lamellar packs LAMELLA 27 can be made in blocks of different sizes; they can be tailored cut to be adapted to the shape of any tank, even to round ones.
The structure of these blocks is self-supporting, thus metal frames are unnecessary.
