Everflowing - High Temperature Hot Water Submersible Slurry Pump
The high temperature hot water submersible slurry pump is designed for extreme operating conditions and is instrumental where liquids are too hot for conventionally built submersible pumps. This would include moving slurry ewater coming from high temperature processes or hot water rinses in the commercial plumbing market and applications requiring handling liquids up to 100ºF. The High Temp Sump Pump is built to pump corrosive or non-corrosive, clear or solid laden liquids and offers the only silicon carbide mechanical seal faces and all cast iron construction in the market. Designed for extended life under extreme operating conditions, the High Temeratuep Slurry Pump is able to handle the hottest of jobs with the greatest of ease.
Submersible pumps with cooling jacket can be used as dry mount or submersible install.Especially dry-installed pumps need special motor cooling.
Work condition
If needed, a submersible pump cooling jacket provides extra motor cooling if the pumped liquid is warm or if the pumps are required to pump continuously.
The same applies if the liquid is pumped to below the level of the motor.
A submersible pump cooling jacket enables a portion of the pumped liquid or an external liquid to be circulated around the motor stator housing.
This absorbs excess heat by forced convection, ensuring efficient cooling of the pump.
