EvoCon - Fluid Conditioner
EvoCon® fluid conditioner is a water-based fluid stabilizer used as a primary component of the Evolution® fluid system, Newpark’s proprietary high-performance water-based drilling fluid technology. The polymer-based, clay-free Evolution fluid system is designed specifically for drilling unconventional horizontal wells.
In the Evolution system, EvoCon fluid conditioner optimizes the performance of both EvoVis® viscosifier and EvoLube® DPE performance enhancer.
The product should be used in the system’s initial formulation, with the concentrations maintained consistently in the system.
EvoCon fluid conditioner is used in concentrations ranging from 0.25-3.0 lb/bbl.

Flash Point: 545°F (285°C)
Specific Gravity: 1.0-1.1
EvoCon conditioner is slippery. Use caution around spills. Avoid inhalation of fumes. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area. Use appropriate hygiene, clothing and personal protective equipment suitable for work being done. Review the SDS thoroughly before using this product.
EvoCon fluid conditioner is available in 5-gallon (19-liter) pails, 55-gallon (208) drums and 275 gallon (1,041 liter) totes.
