EvoLube TR - Torque Reducer Lubricant
EvoLube® Torque Reducer (TR) lubricant decreases torque and drag while increasing the lubricity in water-based fluids, including brine-based systems.

EvoLube TR lubricant decreases metal-to-metal and metal-to-formation friction in freshwater and brine-based drilling fluids. It is stable in the presence of divalent ions. The biodegradable EvoLube TR lubricant is a standalone lubricant which works synergistically with select polymeric viscosifiers to increase lubricity. EvoLube TR is effective in both normal thermal gradients and high temperature environments with stability to 400°F (204°C).
EvoLube TR is added directly to the fluid system in typical quantities of 0.5-6.0% by volume to achieve desired reduction in friction.

Specific Gravity 0.90-1.0

EvoLube TR lubricant is available in 55-gallon (208-liter) drums and 275-gallon (1,041-liter) totes.
