Hydroman® excavator attachment hydraulic dredging slurry pump (know as excavator-mounted dredge pump or slurry pump and dredge equipment) is designed for dredge, mud puming and sediment removing in harsh marine or mining projects.

The  Excavator Mounted Dredge Pump is installed on the excavator boom arm, let the workers to dredge under water more effcient than the traditional dregers. The excavator dredge attachment is a plug-and-pump system that installed more quickly for the arm is pre-laid the discharge soft pipe to reduce the expensive modification cost.

Performance of Hydraulic Driven Submersible Slurry Pump

There is stirring apparatus on the bottom of the slurry pump which is supported to install dual sides or multi agitators to prohibit the big solids to block the pump and to complete mix the solid and liquid enought for handling conveniently.

• The dredging slurry pump can process up to 50% solid materials and the maxium solid liquid extraction density is 70%.

• The attachment is mainly attached on the excavator and supplied power by the hydraulic back of excavator to move freely. Moreover, adopt the diesel power bank as power supply is solving the problem of inconvenient electricity usage of remote sites.

• Wetted spare parts: high chrome alloy for mading the submerisble slurry pump casing, impeller, guard cover, mixing impeller. If you want other materials, Hydroman® can custom for your requirements.

• Dual mechanical Seal: Hydroman® all dredge pumps are designed double mechanical seal to avoid replacing the seal frequently to increase operation effciently and protect the pump and operator safty.
