Excellence Consultants - Turbulent Fluid Bed Dryer
The Turbulent Fluid Bed Dryer introduces an advanced design concept utilizing a Turbulent Mixer System combined with fluidized beds to enhance drying efficiency and effectiveness. This unique configuration continually agitates the bed contents with an agitator in addition to fluidization with air, preventing lump formation and eliminating the need for intermittent raking. The incorporated Agitated Fluidization allows for greater operational flexibility, handling process variations with improved energy efficiency. Specifically designed for drying crystalline solids like sugar or table salt, these dryers are optimal for heat-sensitive and highly hygroscopic products, preventing particle disintegration. Customizable to client specifications, the dryer technology offers substantial advantages over conventional flat bed dryers, including uniform mixing, flexibility in handling different feed quantities and moisture contents, and optimal use of heating and cooling energies. The design reduces manual operations, saves manpower, and increases operational efficiency.
"Turbulent Fluid Bed Dryer" is a novel design concept based on reliable "Turbulent Mixer System in conjunction with fluidized beds". In this design the "bed" contents are continuously agitated with an agitator in addition to the fluidization with air, this avoids lump formation & need for intermittent raking.
The innovative "Agitated Fluidization" concept adopted in this design provides "Greater operational flexibility" for tacking process variations, with energy efficient operation.
Dryer designed & fabricated for drying "Sugar / Table Salt" like crystalline solids on this concept are already successfully functioning The dryers are most ideally suited for heat sensitive & highly hygroscopic products, avoiding disintegration of the particles. Our dryers are custom made as per the requirements of the client.
