IFM - Model PROflo+ -Extended Life Felt Filter Bag
PROflo+ Extended Life felt filter bags provide longer service life resulting in reduced operating costs and process downtime. Their unique fibre blend offers 2 to 5 times the dirt holding capacity of traditional felt material. 100% thermally bonded construction and our PolyformSEAL™ top retainer provides excellent sealing capability in most industry standard filter bag housings.
When comparing cross sections of traditional needle felt with that of Extended Life media, the capacity for improved dirt holding is obvious. What cannot be sees is the unique blend of finer diameter fibres which provide the same great filtration efficiencies as standard felt in a loftier structure. The result is increased void volume with more space to trap dirt without sacrificing filtration efficiency or filter life. As with standard felts, Extended Life (XL) technology provides the same fibre-free surface treatment to prevent downstream fibre migration.
