TURBOTECT - Model EWS -Exterior Washing System
The Heat Exchanger Exterior Washing System (EWS) removes contaminants from the outer surfaces of the tube bundles in heat exchangers. Cleaning is performed by sequential flushing of the tubes with detergent solution and rinse water.
The EWS consists of a mobile wash cart, a nozzle system, equipment to collect waste water and a highly effective detergent specially formulated for the fouling found on heat exchangers.
The mobile wash cart provides the cleaning / rinsing fluid and is designed for outdoor use.
The unique nozzle design ensures optimal wetting of the tube bundles ensuring an effective removal of contamination. The wash nozzles system can be permanently installed at the heat exchanger or can be part of a nozzle sliding carriage, which is moved along the tube bundles when cleaning.
The waste water from the wash process is collected with a waste catching hood and is drained into a container for disposal.
