Chromatotec - External Gas Chromatograph Calibration System

Same calibration as XXX931 but outside the analyser.

The permeation tube, swept by a constant stream of pure gas (constant output which can be modified thanks to the pressure regulator), is installed in an oven regulated in temperature outside the analyzer and delivers a constant concentration of standard.

This feature allows validating all the analyses.

The gas of dilution used may be nitrogen or zero air (continuous output 50 ml / min and in dilution 300mL / min). In the sequence we program analyses and calibrations. The electric gate of switching is included with a permeation tube (Benzene or DMS in standard).

A rotameter indicate the total dilution flow value used as working standard.*

BIOS Definer 220 used for primary flow calibration.

Permeation tubes:

• N-Butane, N-Hexane, Benzene or DMS in standard and short delivery time H2S, Mercaptans, Toluene, Xylenes… upon request
