D-Lead - Extra Strength Laundry Detergent

The D-Lead® Extra Strength Laundry Detergent is a highly specialized liquid detergent designed to effectively release, lift, and suspend lead and metal dust from heavily contaminated respirators and fabrics. Particularly beneficial when dealing with contamination in areas with hard water, this detergent should not be used in High Efficiency (HE) washing machines. The instructions for maximized cleaning efficiency recommend using 1 ounce per 10 pounds (1.5mL/kg) of laundry, or 2 ounces per 1 gallon of water (15 mL per L) for respirators. For less severe contamination, the D-Lead® Respirator & Laundry Detergent variant is suggested.
