Exxelia Ohmcraft - Model HVCD Series -High Voltage Chip Dividers for Precision Applications
The High Voltage Chip Dividers (HVCD Series) from Exxelia Ohmcraft leverage advanced Micropen® precision printing technology to deliver superior performance in thick-film high voltage surface mount dividers. The serpentine patterned dividers crafted with this technology exhibit precise electrical characteristics essential for various high voltage applications. The HVCD series offers a range of electrical specifications, including TCR tracking within ±ppm/°C and resistance ratio tolerances of 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, and 20%. Absolute TCR is maintained below 100 ppm/°C, and total resistance tolerance is ±15% (with ±20% for values over 10GΩ). These resistors are designed with a resistive element made from thick film on a 96% alumina substrate, and encapsulated with epoxy. Termination options include tin over nickel barrier or lead solder over nickel barrier. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request to meet specific needs.
