Falcon Industries - Custom Ribbon Flight Augers
Ribbon flight augers from Falcon Industries are characterized by a continuous, large-diameter helix formed from a bar or cut plate. These augers feature a consistent cross-section with uniform thickness from outer to inner diameters, suitable for diverse industry applications. Leveraging over 40 years of experience in flight forming, Falcon Industries ensures exceptional uniformity, tighter tolerances, and heavier products. Manufactured with diameters ranging from 20” to 148” and thicknesses from 1/4” to 1-1/2”, these flights are crafted from materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys. Their use is prevalent in blenders, mixers, and as strakes across various industries. Falcon Industries employs advanced technology and engineering, along with superior materials, to deliver durable and reliable ribbon flighting tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Ribbon flight is a continuous, large-diameter, one-piece helix formed from a bar or cut plate. The product is similar to sectional flighting, though with a larger inner diameter and a narrower web. The cross-section of ribbon flight is consistent with uniform thickness from the outer to inner diameters. Falcon has the capacity to customize and manufacture ribbon flighting according to the specifications and needs of our customers, no matter what industry it’s for.
Falcon’s employee-owned shops and 40+ years of experience in flight forming have allowed us to develop methods that produce greater uniformity between pieces, tighter tolerances, and heavier products than previously available. We manufacture spiral ribbon flighting with diameters from 20” OD up to 148”, and thicknesses from 1/4” up to 1-1/2”. Like all of our other products, we manufacture ribbon flight from a wide variety of materials, such as steels, stainless steels, aluminum, and nickel alloys. Many of our ribbon flights are used as strakes, and in blenders and mixers for a variety of industries.
