Famat - Model 125TC Easyclean -DN50 Sampling Valves
The 125TC EASYCLEAN is a precision-engineered sampling valve designed for applications requiring exact sampling with high reliability. This model, DN 50 (2’’) nominal size, offers a pressure class of PN10 and operates efficiently from vacuum pressures up to 10 bar (0-145 psi), supporting a broad range of industrial processes. It accommodates extreme temperatures, from -10°C to +180°C (-14°F to +356°F). Crafted from top-grade materials including stainless steel (1.4435/04/316L), Hastelloy® (2.4602/C22), and Titanium (Grade 7), it ensures durability and compatibility with harsh environments. The valve's seals are made from FDA-approved materials like Viton and EPDM. External roughness is rated at Ra ≤3.2 µm and internal roughness at Ra ≤0.8 µm, with additional polishing available on request. It comes with a 150 ml Borosilicate glass sample unit with stainless steel protection, and adheres to standards such as 2014/68/UE (PED) and 2014/34/UE (ATEX). This sampling valve has one 2.5” Tri-Clamp (TC) near the handwheel . It is called easy-clean because the piston can be removed from the valve housing with minimal effort, allowing full cleaning of inner surfaces of the valve’s body between batches.
