FAST FILLER® is a product obtained studying the needs of the most prestigious auto-racing circuits. It is a product with fine granulometry obtained through the thermal expansion of a particular variety of magmatic rock which is able to guarantee an immediate and very high absorbency. The nature of the mineral and the physical transformation, obtained with a thermal treatment at very high temperature, give the product the extraordinary ability to rapidly absorb oily products and hydrocarbons without making them surface again until saturation is complete.
The product has a consistency that makes it especially suitable for various uses ,that is obtained with a special treatment, that can guarantee a complete dust suppression. Moreover, this treatment allows a product with seeming low density to be used easily even in case of wind. Its white coloring allows an easy identification of the treated spots.
USAGE METHODS
The product, in case of accidental spills, must be spread on the oily stain. To facilitate the absorbency, it is recommended, when possible, to stir the product with rigid brooms, adding other granular until the absorption is complete. The product can be easily removed with a water jet or it can be swept with suitable tools. In both cases, thanks to its capacity of not making the absorbed oils surface again, it’s possible to avoid useless grease propagation on both dry and wet surfaces.
SECURITY NORMS
The use of FAST FILLER® doesn’t require particular tools, being inert; however, we remind that, during the absorbency, gathering, storage and disposal operations the law regarding the absorbed substances must be followed.
